He’s been okay in relief of Brady in the preseason so the Patriots aren’t hopeless. The Giants have a big difficulty after Eli Manning leaves the game on Thursday. Their backup is Jim Sorgi though he has been hurt. It’s been third-string quarterback Rhett Bomar who’s been gaining plenty of the action. He doesn’t really provide you much assurance. You might like to make your wager on the New York Giants in this game against the Football preseason lines but you have to worry about Bomar playing poorly. It’s possible that Sorgi will return for this game and since Sorgi will want to play well to make sure he still has the backup quarterback job, and that may be good news for New York.
